Rent a car in Melaka
1. Vehicle
a. Vehicle rented are not permit to drive to Genting Highland.
b. Renter are advisable to drive within Peninsular Malaysia.If renter need to drive out of Malaysia, kindly inform us.
c. If any minor accident happened to the rented vehicle (with the cost of repairing below RM3,000), customer have to bear all the total cost of repairing.
d. If any major accident happened to the rented vehicle (with the cost of repairing exceed RM3,000), customer have to pay a excess clause between RM1800 to RM4500, depends of the models to vehicle.

2. Driver's Requirement
a. Renter must possess valid Malaysia's car driving license and Identity Card.
b. Foreigner must hold a valid driving license and valid passport.
3. Minimum Rental Period
a. Minimum rental mode is one day. One day is calculate as 24 hours.
4. Petrol, Parking Fee, Toll Fee, and related offence
a. Rental rate are exclusion for petrol, parking fee , summons, toll fee and others traffic related.
b. The renter will be fully responsible for any summons or fines issued by the Malaysian traffic police, road transport department or local municipal authorities.
5. Pickup Of Vehicle
a. Upon pickup the car, renter must submit his/her :
- photocopy Identity Card ,
- photocopy license
- full amount of payment(Rental + Deposit)
6. Deposit
a. Deposit is non refundable if cancel booking.
b. It is for our security deposit and will refund back to customer within 14 days after return the car to us with its same to original condition, without summon,and accident.
c. In the case whereby an extra charges is required for the rental of the car, it will be deducted from the deposit and the balance will be refunded to the renter.
7. Payment Mode
a. Payment mode are in cash, credit or debit card. Rate quoted are in Malaysia Ringgit currency.
8. Availability of Vehicle
a. All rentals are subject to availability.

b. In the event that a booking deposit has been placed and the vehicle cannot be produced at the time of collection, the renter shall be assigned with another vehicle of similar capacity until the reserved vehicle is available for rent.
9. Late Return
a. The rented car must return to World Car Rental according to the time fix by.
b. Any delay of return car, renter will held extra charge according to the time of delay.
10. Exclusions
a. The rented vehicle shall not be used for any illegal purpose.
b. The rented vehicle shall not be operated by any other person other than the Renter.
c. The rented vehicle shall not be used to carry passengers, goods or materials in excess of the rated weight carrying capacity.
d. The rented vehicle shall not be used to push, propel or tow another vehicle, trailer or any other thing. e. The rented vehicle shall not be used for any race or in any competition. f. The Renter shall not operate the vehicle in a negligent manner.
